Lady Captain |
Becky GinnsLady Captain Becky, an active member of the Women's and Mixed sections, loves supporting all areas of the club and engaging across all sections. She first joined Hinckley Golf Club through the 'Women New to Golf' scheme after spending 15 years waving her husband off to golf every Saturday morning. Deciding to give it a try herself, she hasn’t looked back since. She thrives on the challenge of improving each shot and finds something positive in every round. Becky’s dedication to the sport has led to impressive achievements, including being a regional finalist in the Race to Woodhall Spa, winning the Committee Cup for two consecutive years, and claiming victory in the Centenary Cup in 2023. She passionately believes that "you can do anything if you put your mind to it" and encourages everyone, regardless of their sporting background or ability, to give golf a go. |
